Breakfast Menu Choices


  • Creamy porridge (small or regular bowl)
  • Fresh fruit salad or skewers (served April to October only)
  • Traditional cooked breakfast (choose from bacon, sausage, black pudding, grilled tomato, sauteed mushroom, baked beans, with a choice of fried, scambled, poached or boiled egg).
  • Scrambled egg incorporating smoked salmon on toast with sauteed mushrooms
  • Smoked salmon eggs Benedict
  • Crispy haggis & tattie scone stack with poached egg.


Please note: fruit juice(s), a selection of cereals, fruit yoghurts, croissants, and brown and white toast made from homemade bread will be available to you and orders for hot

beverages will be taken once you are seated for breakfast.



  • Vegetarian haggis and sausages are available if required.
  • Sausage or bacon rolls for children are available if required .
  • We will try to cater for guests with special dieatary requirements

Breakfast is served between 7:15 - 8.45 am


Fresh local produce is utilised wherever possible, including sausages, eggs and award winning black pudding from our local butcher in Dufftown.


Please note that there are 2 room tarrifs for the Twin-Ensuite room one with and one without breakfast included in the price.
